A Life Transformed by Grace

Lindsey Cockerell is a wife, mother, financial advisor, and now — author. She lives her faith openly, not as a performance, but as the natural overflow of a life that was given back to her.

In 2016, during childbirth, Lindsey suffered an Amniotic Fluid Embolism (AFE) — a rare, catastrophic complication with a mortality rate that leaves most families without answers. Lindsey nearly became a statistic.

What happened in those moments between life and death is the heart of her debut memoir, Inches From Heaven. She heard the voice of God. She was sent back. And she spent nine years processing what that meant before she could finally write it down.

Her story is not just about survival. It's about the nearness of God in our darkest moments — and the courage it takes to share what you've seen.
